聪灵胶囊对实验性寒凝血淤症大鼠血液流变学的影响

Experimental study on the hemorheologic effect of congling capsule on blood stasis due to cold stagnation in SD rats

目的探讨聪灵胶囊对寒凝血淤症大鼠模型血液流变学的影响。方法应用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素、大鼠浸入冰水制造大鼠血瘀模型,甲磺酸双氢麦角毒碱(喜得镇)作为阳性对照药,研究聪灵胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果聪灵胶囊对大鼠全血黏度,血浆黏度,血细胞比容均有明显降低作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。高剂量聪灵胶囊与喜得镇组相比,不具有统计学意义的差异(P>0.05)。结论聪灵胶囊有良好的改善微循环作用。

Objective To investigate the hemorheologic effect of congling capsule on blood stasis due to cold stagnation in SD rat model. Methods SD rat models were induced by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride and immersed in ice water. Changes in blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） were observed, with hydergine as control drug. Results As compared with control group, congling capsule significantly decreased blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in hemorrheologic effect of high dose congling capsule and hydergine （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Congling capsule can effec- tively improve microcirculation. Congling Capsule is an effective Chinese herbal preparation in improving microcirculation.
