依那普利联合非洛地平治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Enalapril combined with felodipine for diabetic nephropathy

目的观察依那普利联合非洛地平治疗糖尿病肾病的降压效果和肾功能保护作用。方法采用随机分组对照法将87例糖尿病肾病患者分为两组,治疗组44例给予依那普利片10mg加非洛地平缓释片5mg,1次/d;对照组43例给予非洛地平缓释片5mg1次/d加美托洛尔片50mmg,2次/d,疗程均为12个月。结果治疗组降压总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后尿蛋白低于治疗前(P<0.01),血肌酐、尿素氮治疗前后无显著差异,但治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依那普利联合非洛地平治疗糖尿病肾病,不但能有效控制高血压,并具有显著的肾功能保护作用。

Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effects and renal function reservation effects of enalapril combined with felodipine ior diabetic nephropathy. Methods 87 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly assigned to receive enalapril maleate tablets at a dose of 10 mg once daily plus felodipine sustained - release tablets at a dose of 5 mg once daily （ n = 44） or to receive felodipine sustained - release tablets at a dose of 5 mg once daily plus metoprolol tartrate tablets at a dose of 50mg twice daily （ control group, n = 43 ） for 12 months. Results Patients in treatment group showed a significantly higher response rate of blood pressure than those in control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment , urinary protein decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ） , blood creatinine and urinary nitrogen did not change significantly, but were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enalapril maleate combined with felodipine can not only control blood pressure, but also can reserve renal function.
