抗精神病药引起女精神病人锥体外系副作用的相关因素研究

Extrapyramidal symptoms caused by antipsychotics in female inpatients

目的 分析抗精神病药引起锥体外系副作用的相关因素。方法 对我院2004—2006年从精神五科（女病区）出院的病历，选取其中应用抗精神病药者，对发生和未发生者诸多因素进行比较。结果 锥体外系副作用发生率为22．8％。年龄小，病情严重，既往有锥体外系副作用史，应用高效价药物，用药早期危险性大；联用抗胆碱能药物者发生率低。结论 精神科临床医生选择治疗方案时适当参考以上指标，对预防抗精神病药引起锥体外系副作用的相关因素的发生可有裨益。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of extrapyramidal symptoms associated with antipsychotics. Methods Female patients with psychosis admitted to Foshan Mental Hospital from 2004 to 2006 were enrolled in the study. Patients with or without extrapyramidal symptoms were compared. Results Extrapyramidal symptoms were observed in 22.8% of the patients and likely to occur in young patients, those with serious illness and history of extrapyramidal side effects, and less likely to occur in patients using anticholinergics. Conclusion Psychiatrists should become acquainted with factors associated with antipsychotics - induced extrapyramidal symptoms in order to reduce side effect.
