摘要
目的优选中药抽出机制备补益类汤剂的最佳条件,为保证汤剂煎煮质量提供实验依据。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,以六味地黄汤为代表,其汤剂的干固物得率为考察指标,对抽出机制备汤剂的浸泡时间、沸腾时间、煎煮温度和煎煮加水量4个因素进行比较。结果影响汤剂煎煮质量最主要的条件是沸腾时间和煎煮温度,其次是煎煮加水量,浸泡时间对结果影响较小。结论中药抽出机制备补益类汤剂的最佳条件是按传统方法浸泡药材,加水1500ml,在110℃下煮沸50min。
Objective To select the optimal conditions to prepare tonic decoction with Chinese herb decocting machine and to improve the quality of decoction. Methods L9 (34) orthogonal experimental method was adopted, the yield of dry and solid matters of Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients were taken as the indices, and four factors were chosen, including the soak time, decocting time, decocting temperature and water volume added. Results The most important factors that affect the quality of decoction were decocting time and decocting temperature, the next was the water volume added, but the soak time had little influence on the result. Conclusion The optimal conditions to prepare tonic decoction with TCM decocting machine are to soak the medical materials with traditional method, with water being added to 1500ml, boiled at 110℃ for 50 minutes.
