四肢骨折合并主干血管损伤的诊治

The diagnosis and treatment of limb bone fracture in combination with ma in vessel injury

目的探讨四肢骨折合并主干血管损伤的诊治。方法回顾性分析1998年至2006年17例四肢骨折合并主干血管损伤患者的临床资料,总结降低截肢率的诊治方法。结果本组四肢骨折合并主干血管损伤的截肢率为29.4%。截肢原因为:缺血时间长、组织严重损伤。结论四肢骨折合并主干血管损伤具有较高的截肢率,正确的诊断及处理是降低截肢率的关键。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of limb bone fracture in combination with main vessel injury. Methods Clinical data from 17 patients with limb bone fracture in combination with main vessel injury admitted to our department from 1998 to 2006 were reviewed retrospectively, and the methods to decrease the amputation rate were discussed as well. Results The amputation rate in this study is 29. 4%, and the reasons which caused the amputation included： long ischemia time and serious tissue damage. Conclusions The amputation rate of limb bone fracture in combination with main vessel injury is high, and the prompt diagnosis and treatment is the key to minimize the amputation rate.
