摘要 全面介绍了真空条件下表面击穿的研究状况,重点讨论了二次电子发射雪崩理论,论述了二次电子发射、陶瓷表面处理、磁场、解吸附等因素对表面击穿的影响,并讨论了增加表面击穿电压的各种办法.为研究微波管的人员提供了理论参考. The present state of investigation on the dielectric surface breakdown in vacuum is generally introduced. The emphasis is put on the secondary electron emission theory. The influence of the secondary electron emission, magnetic field and desorption on the breakdown is discussed. The ways to improve the breakdown voltage is presented.
