摘要 针对目前国内冷媒填充使用状况和存在的问题,利用微电脑控制计量技术和差压检漏原理进行数字化定量填充及检漏,提出了基于单片机dsPIC30F3014的汽车冷媒填充装置控制系统设计方案,给出系统硬件组成结构和软件设计思想,详细介绍了关键电路的工作原理,对系统的抗干扰措施进行了讨论.测试结果表明:制冷剂称重精度小于±5g,达到了系统的设计要求.为中小型制冷系统维修企业提供了低成本的维修工具. Aiming at the domestic application status of coolant charging-up and existing problems, this paper proposes a dsPIC30F3014 based control system design uses for mobile coolant charging-up device, which adopts microcomputer control based measurement technology and differential pressure leak hunting principle to realize digitalizing ration charging-up and leak hunting. The structure of system hardware and design thinking of software are presented, and the working principle of key circuit is analyzed. The corresponding anti-interference measures of system are also discussed. The test results indicates that weighing precision of coolant is less than ±5 g and this precision meets the need of design. So, this design provides low-cost maintaining instruments for medium-sized and pint-sized enterprises engage in maintenance of refrigeration system.
