摘要
人力资源已经成为社会经济发展的第一资源,然而作为我国优质人才资源的高校毕业生,就业却越来越困难,因此需要高校从战略的角度指导大学生规划职业生涯,帮助大学生了解今后职业发展的方向,以利于其顺利就业和走上良好的职业发展道路。
Human resources have become the first resources in socio-economie development. But in China as quality human resources college graduates＇ employment has become increasingly difficult. So university is needed to guide students planning careers from the view of strategic ,and help them understand the future direction of career development in order to facilitate employment and career development.
