泛达宁亚慢性毒性试验

On the Subchronic Toxicity for Rat of Flumeqine

对泛达宁进行了３０天毒性试验，试验用ＳＤ大鼠８０只，设３个剂量组和正常饲喂对照组，每组大鼠２０只。结果表明各剂量组与对照组比较红、白细胞、血色素、白细胞分类，肾功能指标，脏器系数和脏器组织病理切片观察均未见显著性差异。高剂量组雌性大鼠出现毒性反应，表现为体重增长停滞。从低剂量组到高剂量组谷丙转氨酶单位呈线性升高。

groups of SD rats, each of 20, were used to test the subchronic toxicity of Flumeqine. Rations for the first 3 groups contained Flumeqine on levels of 10.0g/kg,5.0g/kg and 1.0g/kg respectively. And the 4th group kept as control feed only rations contained no Flumeqine. Following 30 days administration female rats of the groups of the high Flumeqine level showed stasis in body weight gain. The values of glutamic-pyruvic trasaminase activity raised as the drug levels increased,though all of these values were remained in normal range. No significant differences were observed in the blood counts, hemochrome level, different counts of WBC, liverand renal functions, coefficients of inferal organs and the fine structure on the tissue sections of interal organs.
