The pilot psychological character training is a synthetic subject and it has its own special theory and rule to follow. Especially under the condition of the high - tech war, with the improvement of the place of air war and psychological war in our modem time, we should strengthen the pilot cadets psychological character training and start the training from the base, then we can apply to the demand of future air war of our Chinese air force and lie in the undefeated place in the near future. This article sets forth simply about the how to train the psychological character under the high- tech conditions in the basic pilot cadets training phase and grasp the psychological characters demanded by driving the high capacity fighters.
