摘要
采用文献资料法、比较分析法对CBA和NBA的制衡机制进行比较,并对CBA的现状进行分析。结果表明:CBA有着广阔的市场前景,但与NBA相比,CBA的制衡机制还不完善。应从完善CBA联赛组织结构,市场主体(俱乐部)建立起合理的产权制度和治理结构,制定与完善相关规章、制度等方面着手。
With the method of documents and analysis, the paper compared the constraint mechanism of CBA with that of NBA. Result indicated that CBA has the vast marketplace prospect, but compared with NBA, the CBA＇s constraint mechanism is not perfect yet. Action should be taken to improve CBA＇s league matches framework of organization, set the proper framework of administration.
