Wei-Jin and Southern and Northern dynasty is an era carrying on the history in the development of Chinese medicine. A great deal of medical works especially medical formularies appeared. Medical science broke through the traditional frame, paid attention to the substantial clinical effect and familial education. This paper expounds academic development of Chinese medicine in Wei-Jin and Southern and Northern dynasty.
