基于遗传算法和碰集的报刊征订决算
摘要
大宗订单的集体用户在报刊征订时应尽可能满足“人多优先、推荐面广、多推优先、少推亦订”的原则,本文以集合中的碰集理论设计出一种报刊征订决策,用遗传算法来实现该决策的计算过程。
