摘要
介绍周端教授治疗慢性心功能不全的临证经验。认为心气亏虚、阴阳两虚是慢性心功能不全的病理基础,以益气养阴、通阳宣痹、平喘利尿、宁心强心等作为基本治疗原则。并举验案3则佐证。
This paper introduces professor Zhou Duan＇s clinical experience in treating chronic cardiac insufficiency. It is argued that asthenia of heart qi and yang is the pathologic base of chronic cardiac insufficiency, and the therapeutic principles include invigorating qi and nourishing yin, activating yang and removing stagnation, relieving asthma and excreting urine, calming nerves and enhancing heart function. And three proven cases are presented.
