强心方结合常规疗法治疗收缩性心力衰竭60例

Treatment of 120 Cases of Contractile Heart Failure by “Heart-Strengthening Decoction”

目的观察自拟强心方结合常规疗法治疗收缩性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例;对照组采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用自拟强心方。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,显效率为51.67%;对照组总有效率为68.33%,显效率为28.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加用中药强心方治疗收缩性心力衰竭对缓解心衰临床症状、改善心功能的作用更好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ＂Heart-Strengthening Decoction＂ in treating patients with contractile heart failure. Methods 120 subjects were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Patients of control group received routine Western medical treatment and those in treatment group received the same routine treatment combined with ＂Heart-Strengthening Decoction＂, with a course of four weeks. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90.00% and 68.33% respectively, and the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions ＂Heart-Strengthening Decoction＂ may relieve the clinical symptoms and improve heart function of patients with contractile heart failure.
