痹痛方治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of “Bitong Decoction” in Treating Active Stage of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察痹痛方治疗活动期类风湿关节炎临床疗效。方法将50例患者分为治疗组(服痹痛方)25例,对照组(服正清风痛宁片)25例,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组为68%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后关节压痛数、关节肿胀数减少,晨僵时间缩短,与对照组比较P<0.05或P<0.01;治疗组治疗后ESR、CRP、RF均有显著下降,与对照组比较P<0.05或P<0.01。结论痹痛方治疗RA活动期具有较好的临床疗效及安全性。

Objective To observe the curative effect of ＂Bitong Decoction＂ in the treatment of active stage of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Fifty subjects were randomized into two groups, 25 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with ＂Bitong Decoction＂ and control group was treated by ＂Zhengqing Fengtongning Tablet＂. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs, the levels of blood ESR, CRP and RF were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 88%, higher than 68% in control group （P〈 0.05）. The levels of ESR, CRP and RF in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01）. Condusion ＂Bitong Decoction＂ is effective and safe in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
