摘要
介绍运用中医药治疗格雷夫斯眼病经验。认为该病与肝密切相关,湿、痰、瘀是主要病理产物;临床常用疏肝泻火、疏肝健脾化痰、养肝滋肾法、益气养阴之法。并举验案2则。
This paper introduces the clinical experience in treating Graves＇ ophthalmopathy with Chinese medicine. The pathogenesis of this disease is closely associated with liver, and the main pathogenic factors are wetness; phlegm, and blood stasis. Therapeutic methods of dispersing liver and purging fire, dispersing liver and invigorating spleen to remove phlegm, nourishing liver and invigorating kidney, supplementing qi and nourishing yin are commonly used in clinical practice. Two proven cases are also presented.
