摘要
在金属/土壤粘附系统中由于界面水膜而存在着电化学反应。该文研究了犁壁用钢土壤粘附特性与其表面电位的关系。结果表明,钢铁的表面电位能在一定程度上较好地反映出其土壤粘附性能。在试验条件下,试样的粘附力与表面电位符合二次曲线关系,表面电位越低,试样对土壤的粘附力越小。与目前已知的粘附性能评定方法相比,表面电位测定法具有数据稳定和试验周期短的优点。
There is an electrochemical reaction in the system of metal soil adhesion because of the interface water film. The relationship between property of soil adhesion and surface potential of plow steel was studied. The results showed that the surface potential could well demonstrate the property of adhesion of steel to soil. Under the test condition, the adhesion force and electrode potential conformed to the quadric curve. The lower surface potential was, the better the sample scored soil. Compared with other methods of measuring soil adhesion, the surface potential method has advantages of stabilizing datum and short test cycle.
