国内外期刊评价的理论和实践研究都经历了30多年的不断探索与实践,逐渐形成了一套比较成熟的理论体系和评价体系。对它们进行比较研究,可以在回溯期刊评价历史的基础上,了解国内外的期刊评价现状及未来的发展趋势。本文主要比较了国内外期刊评价在理论依据、选刊原则、学科分类体系、评价的统计源、期刊评价指标体系、核心期刊数量的界定方法及同行评议和专家评审制度等7个方面的异同,并分析了差异的形成原因。

The theory and practice of periodical evaluation both at home and abroad has been experiencing 30 - year exploration and practice and formed a set of mature theoretical system and evaluation system. A comparison between them enables us understand the status quo and development trend of periodical evaluation on the basis of inspection of the history of periodical evaluation both at home and abroad. The similarity and difference in terms of the theoretical reference, selection principle, subject classification system, evaluation sources, periodical evaluation index system, core periodical amount determination and peer review are compared.
