Statistical Analysis of Seed Data

Crowder曾经研究过一组种子数据,这组数据所对应的模型为二项线性混合效应模型.本文运用EM算法对模型进行参数估计,并利用“点删除”方法探测到了数据中的强影响点.

Crowder has studied a group of seed data. The corresponding model of the data is binomial linear mixed model. In this paper, EM algorithm is used to estimate the parameters of the model; furthermore, casedeletion method is used to detect the influential subject of the data.
