试论华山地区温泉旅游开发的条件

A Trail Discussion on the Conditions of Spa Tourism Exploitation in Areas around Hua Mountain

随着消费方式的改变,休闲度假成为旅游新方向.作为休闲度假产品的典型——温泉旅游在这一时期得到迅速发展.与此同时,温泉项目投资正从我国东部发达地区向中西部欠发达地区延伸.然而,这种大规模的开发在中西部尤其是山岳地区存在着许多制约因素,假如不对这些因素进行科学分析,而进行盲目开发,势必导致当地资源浪费、环境破坏等.在这一时代背景下,以陕西华山地区为例,对温泉旅游开发的条件进行科学合理的分析,以求我国中西部尤其是山岳地区温泉旅游能健康、持续的发展.

With the change of people＇s consumption style, leisure vacation has become the new trend of tourism. As a typical form of leisure vacation, spa tourism has made speedy development in this period. As the same time, large-scale investment projects have spread from developed eastern areas to underdeveloped middle-western areas. But if there＇s no scientific analysis on the restriction conditions of this kind of exploitation, many problems such as resources waste and enviorment damage will occur in the local exploitation process. With this background, this paper analyzed the exploitation conditions using areas around Hua mountain as an example for the healthy and sustainable development of spa tourism in China＇s middle-western part, especially in moutanious areas.
