改良Gamma钉在老年股骨转子间骨折中的应用

Application of modified Gamma nail in the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures for aged people

目的总结改良Gamma钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法对49例老年股骨转子间骨折采用改良Gamma钉内固定治疗,根据术前、术后X片及术后髋关节功能恢复情况评价疗效。结果43例获得随访,随访时间11～20月,平均15月。参照韩一生等的评定标准,优30例,良9例,优良率90.7%。结论改良Gamma钉治疗股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小,安全可靠,术后可早期下床活动等优点,是治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of modified Gamma nail in the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fractures for aged people. Methods To select 49 cases with the femoral intertrochanteric fi＇actures treated with modified Gamma nail and To evaluate the effect according to X-ray photo obtained before surgery and past surgery and according to the function recovery of Hip joint. Results 43 patients were followed up for 11 to 20 months with an average of 15 months. Refering to the estimating means established by Han Yi-sheng, 30 cases were regarded as excellent, 9 good, the excellent and good rate was 90.7%. Conclusion The modified Gamma nail have some advantages in the treatment of the femoral intertrochanteric fi＇actures, such as： litter hurt and safety and forepart movement. It is one of good procedure.
