双侧小切口治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

目的探讨肘部内外侧联合小切口切开复位外侧张力带钢丝内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法采用肘部内外侧联合小切口切开复位外侧张力带钢丝内固定术,治疗完全移位的儿童肱骨髁上骨折56例。结果术后经过8个月～36个月,平均24个月的随访,根据Flynn等的临床功能评定标准,其中优42例,良8例,中4例,差2例。结论双侧小切口切开复位外侧张力带钢丝内固定治疗完全移位的儿童肱骨髁上骨折,对软组织损伤小,手术操作简单,复位容易,固定牢固,勿需外固定,能够早期进行关节功能锻炼,恢复肘关节功能。
