摘要
分析了载重汽车传统冷却系统的不足,提出了用电动机驱动冷却风扇并采用双风扇全封闭风罩、设置导风板和活动窗叶的方案。论述了自控电动冷却风扇的结构及工作过程,分析了自控电动冷却系统的机理。与传统方式相比,自控电动冷却系统的功率消耗减少90%左右,节省燃油10%以上。
In this paper, the shortage of conventional cooling system of truck is summarized, a new scheme that the cooling fan driven by an electric motor is put forward. The dual fan and whole fan shroud as well as the airstream deflector installation with the motor fan were used in the scheme. The structure and working process of the auto control electric cooling fan, the principle of the auto control electric cooling system were analyzed. The cooling system can cut down the power loss by 90 %, save the fuel up to 10 % .
