运用系统论原理,从本质上深刻分析了退耕还林系统及系统内各成分相互间复杂关系的形成法则,提出了退耕还林系统可持续发展评价的原则,建立了退耕还林系统可持续发展评价的基本方法。

By applying the system theory, an analysis is made of the complex relationship, the inner com- ponents and the formation laws of returning farming land to forestry system. And then the principles of appraising the sustainable fundamental method for development of retruning farming land to forestry system are put forward, and the appraising the sustainable development of returning farming land to forestry system is established.
