慢性心房颤动的导管射频消融:路在何方?

摘要
心房颤动(简称房颤)是临床最常见的心律失常之一,其中尤以慢性房颤多见,且其并发症发生率高,预后差。而对于慢性房颤的导管射频消融治疗,以往采取的单纯隔离肺静脉却始终无法达到与阵发性房颤相近的成功率,新的针对慢性房颤的消融术式有解剖消融和电位指导的分步消融法,虽可提高消融的成功率,但却带来了风险、成本的增高以及相应并发症的增多。消融治疗慢性房颤的方法还有待探讨。
