从信息服务的保障、关键因素等方面论述了图书馆的信息增值服务,并提出了实现信息服务的方法。
This paper expounds the library＇s information value-added service from aspects of the assurance of the information service, and the key factors, etc., and advances some methods for implementing the information service.
