长白山红蚂蚁微量生物活性物质分析

Microanalysis of the Biologically Active Ingredients in Red Ant (Formica Aquilonia)in Changbai Mountains

应用放射免疫分析，酶免疫法及酶标荧光技术等现代生化技术，对长白山红蚂蚁浸提物进行了检测，共检测１３项微量生物活性物质，含量均较高。结果证明该蚂蚁有较高的食疗作用和开发利用价值。

The extract of the red ant (Formica aquilonia)in Changbai mountains was analysed by redioimmunoassay(RIA)enzyme immunoassay(EIA)and enzyme labeled luminescence test(ELLT).The contents of minor biologically active ingredients were high in the ant.The results indicated that the red ant was of great importance on dietotherapy,and there is a hopeful prospect for exploiting it.
