摘要
分析了图书馆的文化创新与管理创新,指出图书馆文化创新应抓紧图书馆员在职教育,领导层是图书馆文化创新的推动力,同时领导者是图书馆管理创新的主体,图书馆管理创新中应坚持开放式管理和民主化决策。
This paper analyzes on the cultural innovation and managerial innovation of the library, and points out that the library's cultural innovation should grasp firmly the professional education for the librarians, the leadership is the pushing force of the library' s cultural innovation, and at the same time, the leadership of the library is the main body of the library's managerial innovation, and the library's managerial innovation should persist in the opening management and democratized decision-making.
