摘要
本文首次报道了将鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)弱毒株接种鸭(成年鸭和雏鸭)后,用Dot-ELISA检测不同时间病毒在鸭体各组织器官的分布和由粪便排出的情况,以及同群饲养但不接种DHV的雏鸭和成年鸭感染DHV弱毒后在体内分布及排泄情况。结果表明,DHV弱毒接种1日龄雏鸭后20小时、接种成年鸭后48小时即可在直肠中检出DHV;雏鸭接种弱毒后用Dot-ELISA检出DHV的时间顺序是:心、肝、肾、脾、肺、肾和粪便,胸肌和脑未检出DHV,同居感染雏鸭检出DHV的时间顺序是:肺、肾、心、肝、脾和粪便,同样在胸肌和脑中未检出DHV;成年鸭接种弱毒后检出DHV的时间顺序为:心、肝、脾、肺和粪便,胸肌和脑未检出DHV,同居感染成年鸭检出DHV的时间顺序是:肺、肾、心、肝、脾和粪便,胸肌和脑未检出DHV。
Abstract After attenuated duck hepatitis virus (DHV)was injected into old and young ducks,its distribution and excrement were detected by Dot ELISA.As well it was detected from the infected old and young ducks that were not injected,lived but in same flock(RSF duck).The results indicated that there was DHV in excrements after one day old ducks was injected in 20 hours and eld duck in 40hours.In time sequences,the DHV existed in heart、liver、spleen、lung、kidney and excrement of young duck.There wasn′t DHV in chest muscle and brain.In time sequences there was DHV in lung、kidney、heart、liver、spleen and excrement of infected young RSF duck.As well there wasn′t DHV in chest muscle and brain.In time sequences,there was DHV in heart、liver、kidney、spleen、lung and excrement of old duck.There wasn′t DVH in chest muscle and brain.In time sequences there was DHV in lung、kidney、heart、liver、spleen and excrement of infected eld RSF duck.There wasn′t DHV in chest muscle and brain as well.This provided theory basis for contrdling DHV using attenuated DHV vaccine in clinical.
