摘要
对1日龄雏鸡感染CIAV后骨髓造血微环境的变化进行了动态观察。结果显示,CIAV感染后7~21天,骨髓基质中性粘多糖减少、酸性粘多糖增多,表明造血微环境基质粘多糖对红系造血细胞的增殖、分化和成熟具有一定的抑制作用。骨髓成纤维祖细胞体外增殖功能,成纤维细胞,内皮细胞等基质细胞的形态学均未见明显异常,表明骨髓造血微环境的细胞不是CIAV作用的靶细胞。
Abstract The changes of hematopoietic microenvironment of chicken infectious anemia (CIA) were studied by the means of culture of fibroblast progenitor cells,electromicroscopy and histochemistry of bone marrow.The results indicated that the contents of stromal neutral mucopolysaccharide reduced acid mucopolysaccharide elevated during day 7 to 21 after infection,which suggested that the Level of two kinds of stromal mucopolysaccharide was unfavourable to erythropoietosis of bone marrow.In addition,no change was found on proliferation function of colony forming units in fibroblast (CFU F) and on ultrastructure of stromal cells of the bone marrow in chicks infected with CIAV.These indicated that stramol cells of hemopoietic microenvironment were not the target cells for CIAV infection and that they could accelerate the recovery of hemopoietic functions of bone marrow in the later stages of infection
