钢液氢含量检测技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 测量钢液氢含量的方法有离线定氢和在线定氢。离线定氢通过从钢液中取样,凝固后实验室检测氢含量。在线定氢通过测量出钢液的平衡氢分压后利用Sievert定律换算出氢含量。与离线定氢相比,在线定氢影响因素少,系统重现性好,测量周期短,满足真空处理、连铸等快节奏定氢的需要。 Methods of hydrogen measurement for molten steel are off-line and on-line hydrogen measurement. The method of off-line hydrogen measurement detects the total hydrogen in the samples, which is attained from the molten steel. The method of on-line hydrogen measurement detects the partial pressure to calculate the hydrogen content of the melted steel by Sievert'law. Compared to method of off-line hydrogen measurement, method of on-line hydrogen measurement is effected by less actors and has better reproducibility and has shorter measurement period and is more adapted to vacumization and continuous casting process.
