With the grandness increasingly of the orthopedics community, the bias on the plastic cosmetology accepters＂ right to labor has become a new bias on the right to labor which had influenced the social fair, economic development and social stability. The definition of the plastic cosmetology accepters＇ right to labor should follow ＂two principles＂ and ＂four important items＂. The legal remedy of bias on the plastic cosmetology accepters＂ right to labor should be carried through completely in the level of legislation, administration and justice.
