摘要
以分子氧、环己烯为原料,以乙酸为溶剂,开展了己二酸的合成研究.探讨了各步反应中的主要影响因素,如环己烯臭氧化中乙酸用量、臭氧化温度,以及氧化分解反应中的H2O2与环己烯物质的量比、氧化分解温度和时间对反应的影响.建立了由分子氧和环己烯合成己二酸的适宜反应条件,即:乙酸30 mL,臭氧化温度为5~10 ℃,n(H2O2)∶n(C6H10)约为2.4∶1(以2.8 mmol环己烯计),氧化分解温度为75 ℃,反应时间为3.5 h .在该条件下,三次平行试验合成己二酸的平均收率为80.4%.
The adipic acid is synthesized with cyclohexene and oxygen as raw materials in the presence of acetic acid. The main influencing factors, such as amount of solvent, the ozonolysis temperature, mole ratio of hydrogen peroxide to cyclohexene, oxygenolysis temperature and time are also investigated. The best reaction conditions are as follows: acetic acid: 30 mL, ozonolysis temperature:5 - 10 ℃ ,oxygenolysis temperature : 75℃, n ( H2 02 ) : n ( C6 H10 ) = 2.4 : 1 ( based on 2, 8 mmol cyclohexene), oxygenolysis time :3.5 h. Under this optimum conditions, the average yield of adipic acid synthesized by three parallel experiments is about 80.4%.
