摘要
论述了循环水系统总铁来源,碱度对总铁的影响,现场监测结果与总铁的平衡及余氯对总铁的影响。结果表明,循环水系统总铁的高低与补充水中总铁、浓缩倍数、碱度控制范围有关。在碱度较低时,循环水中总铁与碱度呈负相关关系。但当系统碱度超过一定范围(130 mg/L)以后,铁离子大部分形成沉积垢,总铁基本维持在低位且变化不大,此时用总铁判断系统腐蚀趋势已失去意义,应以现场监测结果为准。
The effects of the origin of total iron and alkalinity on total iron, the balance of local test results and total iron and residual chlorine on total iron are discussed. The results show that highness or lowness of total iron is related with total iron, concentrated multiple, control bound of alkalinity of supplementary water. When alkalinity is lower, total iron in circulating water system and alkalinity is inverse relationship. When system alkalinity overrun definite bound ( 130 mg/L) , most of iron ions are formed deposit dirties, total iron keep lower level basically, system corrosion trend estimated by total iron has no meaning, and we should be according to local test result.
