摘要
和谐是人类社会发展的终极性目标,社会主义法治是会实现社会和谐的方式,民主法治是和谐社会最根本的指导原则和最重要的运作机制。和谐与社会主义法治是相容的,实现社会主义和谐社会就必然实行社会主义的和谐法治,和谐社会必定是法治社会。
The harmony is ultimate aim of the human social development, the socialism legality is the way for socialist society to realize the harmonious society, the democracy legality is harmonious society＇ s basic gnideline and the most important operation mechanism. The harmony merges to socialist legality,realizing the socialist harmonious society must implement the socialist harmonious legality ,the harmonious society must be society rule by law.
