摘要
平等协商集体合同制度是劳动法上的一项法律制度,根据我国自1994年推行建立平等协商集体合同制度以来所普遍存在的问题,提出了建立稳定和谐的劳动关系是构建和谐社会的基础,在和谐社会的环境中劳资关系才能有和谐的发展这一劳资关系新思路和新方案,以完善我国的平等协商集体合同立法。
The equally- consulted collective contract system is a legislative system of Law of Labor. Based on the common problems arising since the equally - consulted collective contract system was established in China 1994, this paper puts forward that developing a stable and harmonious labor relationship is a basis for building a harmonious society in which it is possible to develop a harmoni- ous labor relationship, and studies how to perfect the legislation of equally - consulted collective contract system in China as well.
