摘要
介绍了鱼虾饵料中存在的能削弱和破坏营养素生理由能的硫胺素酶、胰蛋白酶抑制因子、棉酚、环丙烯脂肪酸、维生素B6拮抗物、肌醇六磷酸、吡咯烷生物碱、芥子甙、单宁、血球凝集剂等抗营养机理,提出采用物理、化学、生物育种等方法加以解除。
The anti-nutrient factors containing in the diets for fishes and shrimps are thiami- nase, trypsin inhibitor, gossypol, cyclopropenoic fatty acid, pyridoxine antagonist, phytic acid, pyrrolizidine alkaloids, glucosinolate, tanins and hemagglutinati agent, etc, which weaken and de- stroy the nutrient factors and physiological function. These anti-nutrient factors can be got rid of with the physical and chemical method or biological seetl-rearing.
