摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定香连化滞丸中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为230nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温30℃。结果:芍药苷在14.24~85.44μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为99.19%,RSD为1.28%。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于香连化滞丸中芍药苷的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan. METHODS Kromasil C18 column ( 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with methanol - water ( 25 : 75 ) as the mobile phase ; The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with the column temperature of 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was 14.24 - 85.44 μg/ml ( r = 0.999 7) ;The average recovery rate was 99.19%, RSD = 1.28%. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for determining the content of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan.
