RP-HPLC法测定香连化滞丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定香连化滞丸中芍药苷的含量。方法：采用Kromasil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；以甲醇-水（25：75）为流动相；检测波长为230nm；流速为1．0ml／min；柱温30℃。结果：芍药苷在14．24～85．44μg／ml范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9997）；平均回收率为99．19％，RSD为1．28％。结论：本法灵敏、准确、重现性好，可用于香连化滞丸中芍药苷的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan. METHODS Kromasil C18 column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm ） was used with methanol - water （ 25 ： 75 ） as the mobile phase ; The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with the column temperature of 30 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was 14.24 - 85.44 μg/ml （ r = 0.999 7） ;The average recovery rate was 99.19%, RSD = 1.28%. CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for determining the content of Paeoniflorin in Xianglian Huazhi Wan.
