摘要
为解决某些驱动桥壳虽然满足传统设计要求、但在台架试验中不符合行业标准的问题,在对驱动桥壳研究的基础上,提出了基于CAE的驱动桥壳设计方法。通过实例验证,所提出的以桥壳台架试验要求为校核标准并包括结构参数优化的桥壳设计计算方法是可信的。
In order to solve some problems that the driving axle housings conformed to the demand of conventional design method,but it didn't accord with their professional standard in bench test.Based on the former study results,thls paper has proposed a CAE design method for the driving axle housing.The test can proves that it is credibility to take the driving axle housings bench test demand as a check standard and to optimize the driving axle housing structure parameters in design method.
