丙泊酚应用于无痛人工流产的临床效果研究

Clinical Study on Propofol Used in Induced Abortion of Indolence

目的:探讨丙泊酚应用于无痛人工流产的临床效果研究。方法:110例自愿要求使用丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产为实验组;110例自愿术中、术后不使用任何镇痛剂行人工流产为对照组。观察实验组在丙泊酚的镇痛效果、宫口松弛情况,人工流产综合征、出血情况及其他反应方面与对照组的区别。结果:应用丙泊酚的实验组与对照组有明显的镇痛作用(无痛率100%)和宫颈松弛作用(宫颈松弛率100%)。结论:丙泊酚应用于无痛人工流产有良好效果,镇痛效果明显,有宫口松弛作用,可降低人工流产综合征发生率,不增加阴道出血量,但对呼吸循环系统有一定的抑制作用,需严密监测呼吸循环指标。

Objective To study the analgesic effect in induced abortion of indolence using propofol（disoprofol）. Methods 110 cases of early pregnant women within 7 weeks using propofol（disoprofol） were selected in control group（ group A）, 110 cases of early pregnant women within 7 weeks using nothing were selected in compare group （ group B）, and observe the analgesic effect of propofol, the cervical laxity, the probability of induced abortion syndrome, hemorrhage and other reaction. Results Compared with group B, group A had a significant effect in analgesia（ 100% ） and the cervical laxity（ 100% ）. There was no significant difference in the probability of induced abortion syndrome, hemorrhage in group A and group B. Group A which used propofol had some bad reaction of breath and cardiovascular system restraint, illusion and direction handicap. Conclusion With good analgesic effect, the cervical laxity, low probability of induced abortion syndrome, and no more hemorrhage, propofol is good for induced abortion of indolence, though it has some bad reaction.
