细菌生物膜在临床中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 细菌生物膜是细菌在生长过程中附着于物体表面而形成的由细菌细胞及其分泌的含水聚合性基质(主要为胞外多糖)等所组成的膜样多细菌复合体。生物膜是细菌适应生存环境而形成的与游走态细胞相对应的存在形式,它具有很强的抵抗机体免疫和抗生素的能力,在临床上形成难治性感染。结合近年来的研究成果,介绍了生物膜的形成、基因调控、检测,讨论了其致病和耐药的机制以及防治等方面的问题。
