高校高水平运动队“学训关系”的研究

从分析学习与训练这一矛盾入手,明确高水平运动员的定位及来源,指出通过提高生源质量、完善教育体制、实现运动员到学生的角色转换和解决好学生的就业等问题,方可改善“学训关系”从而达到培养大学生运动员的终级目标。

This paper starts with the analysis of contradiction between study and training, then clearly defines the po-sition and source of high-level athletes and points out that only by means of improving the quality of suitable candi-dates, perfecting the educational system, finishing translation from athelete to student and solving the students＇ problems of employment, etc. can study-training relationship be improved and the ultimate goal to train college-student atheletes be achieved.
