江浙两省FDI引进效率差异及影响因素分析

An Analysis of the Efficiency Differences in Absorbing FDI and the Effecting Factors Between Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province

本文在按照UNCTAD关于区域FDI吸引的潜力指数与业绩指数核算基础上,采用DEA-tobit两步法就江、浙两省FDI引进效率的差异及影响因素进行定量分析。研究结果表明:(1)江苏省的FDI引进效率明显高于浙江,但两省的差距在逐减缩小。(2)外资企业的集聚效应、本地企业规模大小、城市的开放程度、劳动力成本及城市的通达程度对区域FDI引进效率均有显著的影响,相比而言,外资企业的集聚效应是影响区域FDI引进效率的最为主要的因素。

Located in the both sides of Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province are economic developed provinces and connected with each other geographically and economically. But Zhejiang Province has lagged behind in absorbing the foreign direct investment （FDI）. This paper analyzes the efficiency differences in absorbing FDI between Jiangsu Province ＆ Zhejiang Province using DEA method. With Tobit model, the author also analyzes the factors causing the difference.
