摘要
繁殖生物技术，亦称人工辅助繁殖技术（Assisted repro—ductioive technique；ART）。人工授精（Artificial insemination；AI）、胚胎移植（Embryo transfer；ET）以及所有围绕配子和胚胎进行的操作技术都属此范畴。本文对犬的繁殖生物技术进行概述，主要集中在胚胎、精液冷冻保存、人工授精（AI）、卵母细胞体外成熟（In vitro maturation；VM）、
