大鼠脊髓损伤后bFGF、EGF海绵对内源性神经干细胞的诱导及修复作用 被引量:3

Induction and Repair of bFGF and EGF Sponge to Endogenous Neural Stem Cells after Half Cut-off of Spine Cord in Rats

摘要 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)海绵植入损伤脊髓对脊髓损伤后内源性干细胞的诱导修复作用。方法采用脊髓半横断制作脊髓损伤模型,将46只大鼠分为对照组(n=6,不损伤脊髓)、模型组(n=20)和实验组(n=20,造模后应用bFGF、EGF海绵治疗),对3组动物进行行为学评分、电生理、电镜及免疫组化检测。结果实验组动物经bF-GF、EGF海绵治疗后,运动功能高于模型组,内源性神经干细胞数量多于模型组(P<0.05)。结论bFGF、EGF海绵干预可促进脊髓损伤动物内源性神经干细胞增殖、分化,改善受损的脊髓功能。 Objective To investigate induction and repair of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) sponge to endogenous neural stem cells after acute spinal cord half cut-off in rats. Methods The differences of proliferation and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells were compared between injured group and intervention treatment group. Results There are remarkable differences between the injured group and intervention treatment group. Conclusion bFGF and EGF sponge can enhance the proliferation and differentiation of the neural stem cells in the test animal.
