MRI在膝关节骨小梁损伤中的诊断价值和临床意义

摘要 目的探讨MRI对膝关节骨小梁损伤的诊断和临床应用价值。方法对45例膝关节外伤后X线检查阴性但有明显疼痛等症状的患者进行MRI扫描,分析骨小梁损伤及膝关节附属结构损伤的MRI表现。结果45例患者X线平片均未见骨折征象;MRI扫描全部发现有骨小梁损伤,T1WI及T2WI均表现为不规则片状、地图样低或稍低信号,脂肪抑制序列清晰显示为更明显高信号影。结论MRI能准确诊断骨小梁损伤及膝关节附属结构损伤。 Objective To investigate the value and clinical significance of MRI in diagnosis of subcortical trabecular injury in knee. Methods 45 patients with obvious pain but no fracture diagnosed by X-ray after knee trauma were scanned with MRI to analyze whether having injuries in subcortical trabeeular and knee joint accessory structures. Results All of the 45 cases had normal radio- graphic results in X-ray examination, but subcortical trabecular injury was found by MRI. MRI demonstrated irregular low signal in the subcortical region on both TIWI and T2WI. The high signal in fat suppressed T2-weighted sequence was more remarkable and wider than that on T1WI and T2 WI. Conclusion MRI can accurately diagnose injuries in subcortical trabecular and knee joint accessory structures.
