摘要
本文根据江苏省农民工2900多份的问卷调查资料,分析了农民工社会权益保障的现状和缺失原因。由于二元经济结构以及农民工在劳动力市场中的弱势地位,农民工的经济权利、社会权利、文化权利等受到侵害。解决农民工权益保障问题必须完善法治建设,调整现行政策,实施综合配套改革措施。
According to more than 2900 questionnaires investigated on the farmer workers in Jiangsu Province,the paper analyzed the current situation of farmer workers' social rights guarantee and the cause of its shortage, pointed out that,to settle the problem of guaranteeing farmer workers' rights in Jiangsu,we must consum- mate legal system building,adjust current policy,and apply integrated supporting reform measures
