摘要 基于13工况国Ⅲ排放实验循环,应用遗传算法技术对一款国产4 L电控单体泵高速柴油机排放进行了全局优化.优化的决策变量为喷射正时.优化目标为在满足国Ⅲ排放约束目标的前提下使全局油耗最低.通过较少的迭代计算得到了理想的优化结果.结果表明,NOx和PM排放达到了国Ⅲ排放法规的标准,并且油耗最低. The paper deals with a problem of global emission optimization using genetic algorithms in diesel engine with electrical unit pump, based on the experimental conditions of nation Ⅲ 13 stages cycle. The engine parameters controlled in the optimization was injection timing. The optimization goal is to minimize specific consumption(BSFC) with respect to the nation Ⅲ emission standard. The optimum results showed significant improvements for the NOx and particulate emissions (PM). Moreover, the final optimized results met the nation Ⅲ emissions targets.
