摘要
目的了解65株变形杆菌产β-内酰胺酶(β-lase)的类型与分布情况。方法采用多底物改良相邻纸片法检测65株变形杆菌(奇异变形杆菌37株,普通变形杆菌15株,其它变形杆菌13株)所产β-lase的类型与分布情况。结果①65株变形杆菌β-lase总检出率为44.6%,其中青霉素酶6株(9.2%),头孢菌素酶7株(10.8%),而检出产广谱酶13株(20.0%),超广谱D-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)3株(4.6%);②不同变形杆菌的产酶不同,奇异变形杆菌以产广谱酶为主,普通变形杆菌以产头孢菌素酶为主,其它变形杆菌以产超广谱酶为主。结论①本组变形杆菌产β-lase以广谱酶、头孢菌素酶为主;②不同变形杆菌的主要酶型不同。
Objective To study the classification and distribution of the β-Lactamases in 65 strains of Proteus spp. Methods To detect the β-Lactamases produced by Proteus spp. (P.mirabilis 37 strains, Pvulgaris 15 strains, other types of Proteus spp. 13 strains) with a multi-disk synergy test. Results (1) 29 strains of 65 strains produced the β-Lactamases, total producing rate was 44.6%, penicillinases 6 strains (9.2%), cephalosporinases 7 strains (10.8%), 13 strains producing broad-spectrum β-Lactamases (BSBLs, 20.0%); 3 strains produced extented-spectrum β-Lactamases (ESBLs, 4.6%); all strains did not produce carbapenem-hydrolyzing β-Lactamases (CHBLs); (2) There were different β-Lactamases produced by different types of Proteus spp.. The main type of β-Lactamases produced by P. mirabilis was the BSBLs, the main type of β-Lactamases produced by P. vulgaris was the cephalosporinases, and the main type of β-Lactamases produced by other types of Proteus spp. was ESBLs. Conclusions (1) The types of β-Lactamases produced by the 65 strains of Proteus spp. was mainly BSBLs and cephalosporinases, all strains did not produce CHBLs; (2) There were different β-Lactamases produced by different types of Proteus spp.
